Slowly remove detrimental diet and lifestyle habits to prepare for 3 day cleanse.
Meet via Zoom Friday, Nov 1st, 6pm PST for Q&A and group support to launch into 3 day cleanse.
Phase 2 - Cleanse
Nov 2 - 4
3 days of simple eating, hydration, cleansing herbs, and supportive mindfulness practices. Plan to minimize other activities.
Phase 3 - Rejuvenate
Nov 5 - 9
Slowly reintroduce foods while maintaining mindfulness practices. Add rejuvenating herbs (optional).
Meet via Zoom Saturday, Nov 9th, 10am PST to celebrate achievement and set intentions going forward.
