Prakruti Self Questionnaire

According to Ayurveda, the basic constitution you were born with is called Prakruti.  This stays constant throughout life. The Prakruti for each person is a unique combination of the three doshas called Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. If you have mostly Pitta qualities you are called a Pitta predominant person, for example. Some people will find they have one dominant dosha, some will have two doshas nearly equal, and a few will have equal portions of all three. Add up one point for every box below that best describes you to find out your particular ratio of Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Your predominant dosha should get the highest number of points. (Sometimes more accurate results are achieved if a friend or family member fills out the form for you!) You can choose more than one box in each category. Choose all that apply.
