We guide with simple, everyday practices and rituals to embrace easily an Ayurvedic connected daily lifestyle of health and well-being.  Understanding the nature of the body, mind, spirit thru the wisdom of Ayurveda and the embodiment as women. Through simple practices our true natures are revealed as JOY!

We present all the information from a place of not knowing, a beginners mind is welcome.  No prior learning is necessary for the retreat.  We offer the opportunity to tune into your body and body type and be guided to ways of health living, mindfulness and well-being.

This 5 day, 6 night retreat features

  • Daily Dinacharya (Daliy practices)
  • Daily Ayuryoga (Dosha specific yoga)
  • Meditation, ritual, and prayer
  • Mouna – the practice of silence at certain times of the day to support the practices and rituals introduced (generally in the morning until breakfast)
  • Daily teaching on mind, body, and spirit
  • Delicious Organic freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals
  • Deep exploration of women Ayurveda from mensuration to menopause and beyond
  • Ayurveda Cooking class

  • Pick up and drop off in Mullumbimby or Byron Bay from accommodation or shuttle bus to the retreat centre on 11th Oct  and departing drop off on 17th Oct
  • 6 nights accommodation as per booking twin, single, dorm
  • All vegetarian Ayurvedic organic meals during the retreat from dinner 11/10 to lunch 17/10 – we will cater for, where possible, specific dietary needs. Please let us know ahead of time

  • Massages – Ayurvedic massages and treatment are available on request.
